The 139th Canton Fair was held in Guangzhou in three phases from April 15 to May 5, with a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters, 75,700 booths, and over 32,000 participating enterprises — all record highs. As a professional manufacturer of primary batteries, our company participated in the first phase (April 15–19), themed "Advanced Manufacturing." This phase covered 520,000 square meters with over 25,000 booths and approximately 12,000 exhibiting enterprises.

In terms of buyer attendance, as of 5:00 PM on April 19, the first phase of this session attracted 167,000 overseas buyers from 216 countries and regions, up 5.9% year-over-year, indicating steady growth in buyer scale. Pre-registered new buyers increased by 20% compared to the previous session, with the majority coming from Belt and Road partner countries, and notably rapid growth from Latin America and Africa. The buyer profile was characterized by greater professionalism and diversity. The exhibition closely followed the trends of "New, Green, and Smart," featuring newly added zones for drones, smart wearables, and display technologies, while new energy and energy storage sectors continued to gain strong momentum.

Brands exhibiting at this session included Great Power (Penghui), Voniko, Tianqiu, PKCELL, Hangzhou Changming, Guangzhou Light Industry, Liwang, Silver Warrior, Huatai, Yema, MINIMOON, among others — all of which also participated in the Spring 2026 Canton Fair. The product range was quite diverse, covering lithium primary batteries, alkaline batteries, rechargeable batteries, USB rechargeable batteries, and pouch cells.

During the exhibition, visiting clients were primarily from India, Russia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Our team received dozens of international clients, with some even purchasing our CR123A batteries on-site. Mr. Xu also attended the Canton Fair and suggested that for button cell blister packs, we could use nickel-plated batteries, which have a brighter and more polished appearance to serve as a competitive advantage.
