In accordance with the Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center Accreditation and Management Measures (Revised Edition 2023), the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission entrusted a third-party organization to conduct qualification reviews for the 31st batch of applicants seeking newly designated Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers in 2025, as well as for existing provincial centers undergoing re-evaluation. Following the assessment, Wuhan Lixing (Torch) Power Supply Co., Ltd. achieved a rating of "Qualified" and retains its honorary title of "Hubei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center."
